Bill earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with distinction from the University of Victoria in 2018 and obtained his juris doctor from Queen’s Faculty of Law in 2022.
While at Queen’s, he achieved success in the Adam F. Fanaki Competition Law Moot, securing runner-up appellant awards for best individual oralist, best factum, and best team. Bill also holds
a Certificate in International Business Law from Bader College and was honored with the program’s Global Law Scholarship for his achievements.
During his articling period, Bill worked at another prominent plaintiff-side personal injury firm in downtown Toronto, specializing in medical malpractice and high-stakes insurance litigation. He gained valuable experience engaging with expert witnesses on intricate matters such as forensic engineering and emergency medicine. His dedication to his craft led him to delve into extensive literature on negotiation, firmly believing that plaintiff’s lawyers have a duty to secure the best possible compensation for their clients without compromise.
In his spare time, Bill often indulges his passion for reading and writing science fiction. His debut novel, "The Relatives," soared to best-seller status on Amazon.ca during its first week of publication.
